Sixth Amendment

About

The Sixth Amendmnet to the Master Deed establishes:

  • That unit owners must comply with Master Deed and By-Laws, be current on all charges, and resolve delinquencies over 60 days to vote or attend meetings.

  • That the Property Manager must certify and publish eligible voter lists, accepting payments for eligibility restoration up to two days before the meeting.

  • That ineligible unit owners automatically grant proxy voting rights to the Board President for non-election matters, ensuring quorum participation.

  • That owners ineligible to vote due to delinquency cannot vote in or serve on the Board of Directors, with their proxies managed by the Board.

  • That board members cannot vote or act by proxy but may consent in writing to Board actions.
