Sixth Amendment
About
The Sixth Amendmnet to the Master Deed establishes:
That unit owners must comply with Master Deed and By-Laws, be current on all charges, and resolve delinquencies over 60 days to vote or attend meetings.
That the Property Manager must certify and publish eligible voter lists, accepting payments for eligibility restoration up to two days before the meeting.
That ineligible unit owners automatically grant proxy voting rights to the Board President for non-election matters, ensuring quorum participation.
That owners ineligible to vote due to delinquency cannot vote in or serve on the Board of Directors, with their proxies managed by the Board.
That board members cannot vote or act by proxy but may consent in writing to Board actions.
