Second Amendment
About
The Second Amendmnet to the Master Deed establishes:
A change of name from "Graham Oaks Condominiums" to "Lynton Square Condominiums".
That "Association's Right to First Refusal" is striken from the Master Deed
A specification that non-structural interior wall alterations do not need to be submitted to the Association or obtain written approval from the Board of Directors of the Association.
Exempts walls within individual units from needing written approval from the Board of Directors of the Association before being painted or altered.
Specifies that "For Sale" signs shall be no larger than two feet by three feet.
The amendment also corrects administrative errors within the Master Deed
